Exercise for Health
This course will detail exercise physiology, the role of body systems in exercise adaptations, health benefits of exercise, training adaptations, and the use of exercise as a rehabilitation modality. We will work together to design exercise protocols to help rehab common conditions.

Dr. Stiltner is a professor of Human Anatomy and Physiology at Milligan University in Johnson City, TN. She graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2009 and has since enjoyed a robust teaching career while still practicing part time. Her research interests include biomechanics, rehabilitation, nutrition, and physiology. She currently resides in Bristol, TN with her husband, Andrew and mini schnauzer, Dexter.
