Phil Harrington, DC, CMLSO, FASMLS is a 1987 graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996; and was in private chiropractic practice in Iowa for ten years, using various therapeutic lasers.

Dr. Phil’s passion for publicizing the power of therapeutic laser use in a variety of clinical settings has created a demand for his now thriving speaking career and has led him to become a sought-after national and international lecturer on the subjects of photobiomodulation science, physiology, science, safety and clinical applications. Having been involved in the laser industry for more than 15 years, Dr. Harrington currently holds the positions of Medical Director, Clinical Manager, and Laser Safety Officer with Summus Medical Laser. Dr. Harrington lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Tami and enjoys reading, bicycling, and visiting his two daughters in his personal time.
